Unitarian Lay Chaplains are licensed by the Province of British Columbia to perform legal weddings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lg\">Our services are what some would call spiritual but not religious. They are always tailored to the needs of the participants. A lay chaplain helps people from diverse religious backgrounds to create a service that respects the faith traditions of their families and guests. The lay chaplain will meet with you and offer practical suggestions to provide what you want and need.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lg\">Beacon has welcomed the LGBT community for years and we are delighted to perform legal weddings for same sex couples.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lg\">We will travel to whatever site you choose for your ceremony and will meet with you, offering suggestions and using our training and experience to help make your day a special one.
